Is Report Centre a slide editor like Beautiful.ai or Slidebean?
No. Report Centre is a data-to-deck engine — it generates decks from your live project data. It is NOT a free-form slide editor. If you want to author bespoke slides from scratch, you upload your PowerPoint slide and we apply your chrome over the data-driven slides. The editing happens in PowerPoint, not here.
How is this different from a BI tool (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)?
BI tools cover dashboards. Report Centre covers narrative deliverables — decks, reports, scorecards in PowerPoint / PDF / Word / Excel format. Different output medium, different audience (steering committee, board, sponsor — not analyst), different update cadence.
How fast is a refresh?
Cache hit: under 5 seconds. Cache miss (full rebuild from live project state): typically 30–90 seconds depending on deck length and live data complexity. Cache-first means the same deck served twice in a day costs almost nothing.
What about the daily AI refresh cap?
Free AI refreshes per day scale by tier and pool tenant-wide: 3 (Independent), 5 (Independent+), 10 (Pro), 25 (Pro Plus), unlimited (Enterprise). Project data itself updates in real time at no cost — the cap only applies to regenerating the AI deck render. Heavy users buy a 5-pack ($10) or the Unlimited AI Refresh add-on ($49/mo or $490/yr) and stop thinking about it.
Can I produce reports under my own brand?
Yes. Custom-branded outputs cover PPTX, PDF, and outbound email (your logo on email templates plus a custom sender display name on AI-triggered messages) on Independent and above. XLSX and DOCX exports are available but ship without chrome branding today. Independent Plus adds white-label UI. Pro / Pro Plus / Enterprise add custom subdomain, custom AI naming, and custom voice. Hide-the-tool by default.
